尼泊尔东北方向发生强震 首都加德满都震感强烈_我的网站

A |     视频加载中...当地时间01月07日06时52分左右，总台记者在尼泊尔首都加德满都感受到强烈震感，总台记者拍摄下了地震发生时，屋内挂饰摇晃的画面。    New Delhi, Oct 11 (UNI) Chief Justice Uday Umesh Lalit has recommended the name of Justice DY Chandrachud as his successor and as 50th CJI.

Lalit is retiring on November 8 this year. The next senior-most judge Justice Chandrachud will take oath on November 9 and demit the office on November 10, 2024.



The Union Law Ministry had on October 7, written a letter to Lalit requesting him to recommend his successor. Justice Chandrachud completed his LLB (Bachelor in Law, Degree) from Delhi University. He studied at Harvard University after receiving the prestigious Inlaks Scholarship. At Harvard, he completed his Masters in Law (LLM) and Doctorate in Juridical Sciences (SJD).

Chandrachud practised as an advocate in the Supreme Court, besides the High Courts of Gujarat, Calcutta, Allahabad, Madhya Pradesh, and Delhi before becoming a judge of the Bombay High Court.
