B |     人民日报北京4月18日电  （记者刘志强）国家发展改革委等部门日前发布《关于共享公共实训基地开展民营企业员工职业技能提升行动的通知》（以下简称《通知》），提出从2024年至2027年，加力提效用好公共实训基地，开展百万民企员工职业技能提升行动。　　《通知》从共享场地设备、建强师傅队伍、开发优质课程、扩大岗前培训、加强在岗培训、深化以赛促训、完善就业帮扶等方面提出了工作举措。其中包括：加大中央预算内投资支持力度，推动公共培训资源向市场急需、企业生产必需领域集中；指导公共实训基地与民营企业签订合作协议，共建“联合体”和“分基地”，共享培训所需的场地和设备，提高培训资源使用效益；支持公共实训基地采取“送培上门”等形式为民营企业提供服务。　　《通知》提出，力争2024—2027年，每年培训民营企业员工100万人次以上。参训人员、相关企业和公共实训基地可按规定享受有关资金政策支持。　　《 人民日报 》（ 2024年04月19日 06 版）。
